Consulting

We build bespoke, world-class production systems for your team - guiding you step-by-step through pre-production, production, and post to create a repeatable, high-quality workflow. From gear selection and on-set training to shot planning and editing pipeline setup, we equip you to produce premium content in-house, efficiently and at scale.

Phase 1: Pre-Production

  1. Discovery Call – Intro session to understand goals, content needs, platforms, and team capabilities.

  2. Gear Selection – Recommending the right camera body, lenses, SD cards, storage, batteries, lighting, audio, gimbals, and tripod setups that fit the budget and desired output.

  3. Workflow Design – Establishing file-naming conventions, folder structures, and backup systems for clean organization.

  4. Shot Planning – Mapping out key types of content (interviews, lifestyle, product, events, etc.) and how each will be captured.

  5. System Build – Helping acquire and set up the gear, testing everything together before production begins.

Phase 2: Production

  1. Onboarding Training – In-person or over Zoom, walking through how to operate each piece of gear confidently.

  2. Practical Shooting Sessions – Demonstrating how to capture different types of content (interviews, drone footage, B-roll, events) under real-world conditions.

  3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Recording the walkthroughs and turning them into step-by-step documents or videos your team can reference anytime.

  4. Efficiency Training – Teaching how to quickly switch between setups (gimbal, tripod, handheld, drone) without missing moments.

  5. Quality Control – Reviewing test footage together to ensure everything matches the brand’s standard before going live.

Phase 3: Post-Production

  1. File Offloading – Step-by-step system for transferring and backing up footage to multiple drives safely.

  2. Organizing Media – Creating folder structures, renaming, and tagging footage for quick access.

  3. Editing Workflow – From rough cuts to fine edits, including pacing, audio cleanup, color correction, and graphics.

  4. Template Setup – Building reusable editing templates (intros, lower thirds, LUTs, transitions) to keep content consistent and fast to produce.

  5. Review Process – How to export versions for feedback, integrate notes, and finalize content efficiently.

  6. Final Delivery – Exporting in the correct formats and aspect ratios for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or client platforms.

  7. Archiving – Long-term storage and backup system so nothing gets lost, and content can be repurposed in the future.
